Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
RailReserve (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website, which lets you search train routes and fares across the UK, Europe and Asia.
For the purposes of data protection law, the data controller is RailReserve, a sole proprietorship at E/1172 Palam, Sector 7 Dwarka, Dwarka, New Delhi, 110077, India. You can reach us at bookings@railreserve.online.
2. What we collect

We do not collect payment card details, passport or ID numbers, or any special category data such as health information. If you are asked for card details, you are on our booking partner’s site, not ours.
3. Where your data goes
We share personal data only where we have to:
- Our booking partner. When you click through to search or book, your route and date are passed in the link, along with an identifier that tells them the visit came from us. They then act as their own data controller under their own privacy policy.
- Hosting and technical providers who run the servers this site sits on.
- Analytics providers, if and only if you have accepted analytics cookies.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for other companies’ marketing.
4. International transfers
Our booking partner and some of our providers operate outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside those areas, we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant regulator. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.
5. How long we keep it
- Search terms: not stored on our servers beyond the moment we build your link.
- Server and security logs: 12 months, then deleted.
- Enquiry details you send us: 24 months from your last contact, then deleted.
- Cookie data: for the lifetimes set out in the Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
- withdraw consent at any time, including for cookies;
- ask us to send your data to another provider.
Write to bookings@railreserve.online and we will respond within one month. You do not have to pay to exercise these rights.
If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your data protection regulator. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU it is the supervisory authority in the country where you live.
7. Children
This site is meant for adults booking travel. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we keep the software behind it up to date. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we hold.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be flagged on the site itself.
